Bismark is a visionary technology leader dedicated to advancing digital empowerment.
He holds a BSc in Computer Science, an MSc in Information Technology, and an MSc in Computer Science with a Software Engineering focus, and is currently pursuing an MPhil in Computer Science. Passionate about lifelong learning, he aims to pursue a PhD in the near future.
With nearly a decade of experience in Ghana’s banking sector, Bismark served as IT Manager for both Baduman Rural Bank and Wamfie Rural Bank, where he led major digital transformation initiatives.
He currently works as a Senior Research Assistant at the Catholic University of Ghana, contributing to research and teaching in Software Engineering, Mobile App Development, Human–Computer Interaction, and related fields.
Bismark is also an active member of the Internet Society and a 2023 Early Career Fellow, recognized for his commitment to digital inclusion, innovation, and global internet advocacy.
